I'm not sure, it would have been for my old Cherokee, an '85 or '87 can't remember exactly but I went to the JY and bought a bunch of interior stuff for it but it came off a early 90's I think because that is what I got lost of the stuff from. I think it may have been attached to the glove box or dash that I pulled.

Will it work on a 2000? It has 92L on it so maybe it's for a '92?

 

Snap just googled that number comes up for 92 xj

 

Maybe it's for a 96 because on the serial number next to the barcode it says AE2B01996

no that wont work on '96 up they are smaller and have almost a half moon mount underneath
