i wonder what kind of a setup he's running. sure doesn't sound like a 4.0.
The Jeep is a "built small block chevy" running a highly built 700r4, 4.56 gears now with front and rear lockers. 2500 converter. Definetely not a 10.5 rig, but it should be a 11.2 -11.4 now.
BTW, no drag setup on the suspension, nothing. Had 5 inches of lift then. Now its has 6.5 inches of lift and 33 inch tires. Not a bad run running 31 inch all terrain tires above lol.

I found this in the comments section, from the guy who posted the video on that website(I assume the owner)
