Stupid question I know, but will I be able to fit five 33x12.5x15 tires inside the passenger area of my xj with the seat down? I mean I would think it would be fine, but before I go buy these from someone on craigslist I figured I would get someones opinion.

 

You should be able to do it, I managed to fit 4 245s in my moms malibu, 2 in the trunk, 2 in the back seats, had room for more too haha

 

I fit 5 33x10.50's in the back of mine with some room to spare...
Not sure 5 12.50's would fit... would be close...

 

Yeah, i crammed 5 35x15x15 TSL's in mine

I put 5 33x12.50x15 with beadlocks in mine, you have no prob

 

I crammed 4 36x12.50x15 Swampers on rims in mine.

 

they fit and as much as I love the smell of new rubber it is overwhelming for the 1 hour drive back home lol. Good luck!

 

This has turned into who can cram the larger tires in their XJ.

 

i barely got 4 33's. but i have huge subwoofer box and a bunch of recovery gear. haha

 

I dont know how you guys managed this, I could barely fit 4 31s in teh back of mine..

 

Guess it all depends on tire placement

 

3 right behind the front seats. as in, if you opened the back doors you looked thru the middle of the tires. And the last two going side to side in the cargo area. The thing sagged like grannys ti**s tho til it was unloaded

 

i fit 4 31's and 4 rims still in the boxes in the back of mine, so i would think you should be alright, if not just strap them to the roof! haha

 

i had 5 32 9.5s on wheels in mine plus a 30 9.5 spare they all fit
