A/c goofy noise

A/c goofy noise
So a/c works great. If I have it on max a/c I get this goofy noise coming from under my dash and it vibrates my whole dash. Wondering what those diaphragm sound like when there going bad. No vacuum Leaks cuz all doors open. Close ANC cruise works, it scared my GF that there's a gremlin living in my dash and not to worry about it
