buying a new jeep

2001 jeep cherokee. 137000.. in good shape no leaks..or noises interior great shape.. 2500. Is it worth it.. with 137000 miles

I sure hope so. I just put a deposit on a 2001 Sport Classic with 153000 and am paying $3300.
