Default Bushwackers w/ a snorkel

Just wondering can you do that? Ive seen some snorkels that are really wider and i know for bushwackers you need to trim a bit. Im really diggin the flat flares but you still need to trim right ?

I've got ARB's snorkel (love CL BTW) and TJ flares. The flares have about the same dimensions as BW's and require close to the same amount of trimming so it'll give you a good idea.
