i have a piece of 2x5x3/8 and was wondering if anybody has built a some what basic which bumper? i have no problem getting tool welders, bender, and torch but want to keep it simple of you could post pics and some measurements that would be great

 

Sorry forgot to put length it's 38.5" and I can add some metal to it and a winch bumper auto correct sucks lol

 

my bumper is 3x6x3/8"
