Broke my JEEP virginity
Howdy from austin, texas. I just got a 1988 4x4 jeep Cherokee with a inline 6. My favorite part other than the 4x4 part is its a standard tranny. I love standards. I attatched a few pics for show and tell. I am new to jeeps and that's why I joined ya'lls forum. It hadn't been started in two years and when we started it lit up like a purring panther and never missed a beat. I am excites to have this jeep to use as inspiration for some of my mechanical engineering drafting skills.

Welcome budd. most everyone here is one big friendly family always willing to take others in. your xj looks like a great start. there's plenty of ideas on here and we can always use a newcomers ideas as well!

Oh, first Cherokee. I remember mine, as a matter of fact I still have it and its the only one I've ever had and the only one I want. It's kinda like a marriage, you'll love it with all you're worth but cuss it at the same time. Have fun!!!
