brake line relocating bracket

Default brake line relocating bracket

Does anybody have any pictures or details on how they made there front and rear brake line relocating bracket? My kit didnt come with any. (bought used) And i need to find out how before i start putting back together.

i did my fronts without a bracket. first i unbolted the stock bracket and carefully straightend out the hard line. move the bracket as low as you can without pulling it. then mark out where a hole for the tab should be, and for the mounting hole. drill it out, but dont make the bolt hole to big. go get some self-tappers or sheet metal screws and possibly washers and screw it in. make sure its tight and your good. for the back i used the rear soft-line off a 1996 dodge dakota, its a direct bolt in, the only thing you need to do is zip-tie it the the bracket.

Does anybody have any other info on this ? getting ready to finish up my lift.. and need this help. Thank you for the help above ^^

The relocation brackets aren't very complicated. IMO the procedure Jeep Bandit said is better. Getting longer brake lines would be the best.

Alright im going with what bandit says Not sure on the rear. Need to get some more info on that. Thanks a lot bandit!

Ok. Then I am pretty sure the 96 Dakota brake line will work. But maybe someone else can chime in and conferm. Check the what junkyard parts fit thread.
