Well, apparently I felt the need to pick up another Cherokee. Found this 2 door '88 at an auction this weekend and home it came.

Specs: 4.0L, Peugeot BA-10 (looking for an AX-15), NP231, D30/35 (axle tags are missing so unsure of the gear ratio), no roof rack, rear wiper, or passenger mirror, some rust in the driver's side floor, and some rust on the exterior.

At first I thought the motor was locked up since we couldn't get the motor to turn by hand at the auction house. When we got it back to my place, we cut the serp belt off and tossed in a battery. With a little help from the ether can, we got it running and finally pulling fuel on it's own.

It's going on the back burner for now, but hopefully I can assemble some parts for the build and squirrel 'em away till needed.
