Default Body shop, or welding shop?

Anyone know where would be the best/ least expensive place to have my drivers side hinge mount welded back on, body shop or welding shop?

I was just thinking about the ludicrous prices body shops charge today, they'd prolly want to take the door and front fender off for better access, that weld could cost $500, they seem to just make up astronomical quotes at will.

Here's a write-up showing the repair. Repairing the door hinges.

That write-up came from this site. Gojeep Home Page
