Blazer/Jimmy vs Cherokee
I love S Blazer/Jimmy's!!!
I've made a ton of money replacing injector assy's, ball joints, fuel pumps, EGR valves, Intake Gaskets, etc... But lately most of them that have come in for work go to the scrap yard.... Too much $ to put into old junk!
My XJ may be slow, but let me pick the track (got rocks?)
and I'll beat any race car in the 1/4 mile! Garanteed!!!
I do like that big S truck a couple posts back

He said it was fast for what it is. Not that if was fast fast. The XJ is not slow at all compared to other vehicles in its class. The fastest thing I have driven was a 1966 Chevelle with a zz502 (502hp 567 ft./lbs. of torque), next fastest is probably a 95 or 96 Cobra. Compared to those the XJ is slow as **** but compared to 4runners, Blazers, and Pathfinders it is fast. I drove a 98 automatic 4runner and it was so slow cars almost ran into the back of me because it couldn't pick up speed fast enough. I raced (if you even want to call it that) my dad in my 01 XJ and beat him with half throttle.

I love it when fart-can equipped, rusted out dodge neons pull up next to me, look at me in the Cherokee, then rev it up at red lights. Yeah, racing is pointless in an XJ, sure, but it's sure fun as hell when I lay the throttle on the floor with my straight pipe/glass pack exhaust and know that little neon is ****ting bricks knowing a 4.0 that weighs four times what it does just totally screamed off and owned it. :P
