I always go to a 9 or 10 inch wheel when I go over 12.50 inch wide tires. You state that you are going to a 35 inch cut bogger, I'm not sure of the width but I think they are 13.50 or 14 inches wide. If they are I would definably be running a 9 or 10 inch rim, and you want them out so they will not rub the LCAs. I would stay with the MTs.

Yea my bogger's are 14.50's. Im gonna drop em down to an 8" wide wheel, but plan on doing a DIY Beadlock so that'll make it closer to 9" wide wheel. Im just concerned with if i end up having to get a 8" wheel with 4" back spacing if its gonna rub the back inner fenders..

If you will be using a 8" rim and going with a DIY bead lock I would think the bead area would be more like 8.25" and the overall rim width 9". As for the inner fenders get adjustable CAs so axle can be moved forward a little.
( I would get 3.5"-3.75" BS rims. )
You may want to check out Eaton wheels bead locks.

I aint worried about it in the front, just the back wheels. I never got a chance to check the clearence between when the M/T's were on them, so gonna have to get the measuring tape and do some figuring. 3.75" is the deepest backspacing on a wheel i plan to get.
