Ok so i have a set of these tires and i was just wondering what kind of mileage are people get out of a set of BFG KM2's. I kn a guy that got 80,000 miles out of a set on a full size chevy. As of rite now i have a little over 10,000 on mine and they still have plenty of meat on them.
I'm getting pretty good service out of BFG All Terrain, and Trail models, I think 80K miles can be expected on the MT's. Should be well worn by then but not threadbare.
I got that on my GYWrangler's although wear is uneven and some tire distortion gives a rough vibrations ride on the open road. Slip those on for muddy trail conditions only now.

Call a tire shop and see what the expected mileage rating is! I have Cooper discoverer ST. a rated 50,000 mile tire. Owned them for 4 years (approx 10,000 miles) Still have the nubs on them.

No I don't, not the Jeep anyways. I usually have a 4 banger beater, I use for a work car. Just because the gas mileage savings. (I figured $3,000 - $4,000) a year just in gas savings doing this. Also keeps the mileage off my XJ. Here it is. 1991 (21 years old) and at 71,000 miles right now. I got it in early 2008, at 63,000 miles.
