Wow. I forgot how quiet mine was before I did the exhaust. Sounds awesome offcourse.

Now remove the front down pipe with that little pre - cat lookin thing and it will sound alittle more cammy out the back. I replaced my down pipe with a walker oem replacement one. It doesn't have the silencer on it. I couldn't find a 2.5 aftermarket one without buying a header for it.

It really sounds loud at wot, but quiet @ highway speed.
Nice job.

Not to sure yet. I haven't done to much exploring just yet. Just got my Jeep yesterday, so I have much exploring to do. Gotta drive out west to find all the good mudding places.

Here's mine from a few weeks ago, straight pipe, Flowmaster 40 Series, 2 1/2 inch piping the whole way.... I have since added a 6 inch resonator in place of the straight pipe(in front of muffler) and replaced the kinked and convoluted factory downpipe(With the factory "dent") with custom mandrel pipe enlarged piping.... It's not nearly as raspy and has much clearer definition(especially past 3.5k rpm), ill post up soon, but here's how it used to sound.

But, I have been thinking about Magnaflow in the future because Flowmaster is highly restrictive chambered design and isn't "straight-through" like a quality built Magnaflow, so more hp and mpg from Magnaflow.

With custom fabricated CAI and bored throttle body plus exhaust upgrades my average mpg has jumped from a solid 14.6 to a solid 16.4(which has resulted in a range extension of approximately 36 miles. which equates to $7-10 saving EVERY FILLUP, used to be solid 233 miles per tank, now it's 269, when it's on E I still have 4 gallons left out of a 20 gallon tank)..... even if I drive hard it doesn't seem to bring the average down.
