been to awfulzone
I have already been to awfulzone,the guy checked at the battery with voltmeter and said,well it could be the altenator,or bad connections or the voltage regulator,well I think I already new that it was one of the three,can any one help me narrow it down

go to advance auto, they have a battery/charging system testing machine that they can hook up to the alt and battery. it prints out a receipt of the test results and its failry accurate, I work at an advance auto, if you get a knowledgeable guy im sure they can help you pin point it better then a voltmeter.

Did I misread the original post and miss the problem? Try posting that up and we can help more.
That being said, I recently had a problem with my charging system as well. Voltage on the dash was low and fluctuating. Ended up being my alternator starting to go bad. If the battery is fine, check all the grounds to everything. If they look good, it's the alternator.
