I'm doing mine when the weather gets warmer. Going to go for a smooth desert tan bed liner. Can't wait to do it!

From what I have read its paintable, my girlfriend wants me to do the whole jeep, then get some red paint to make smears and hand prints and some zombie response vehicle stickers... I think it would look cool

I guess it looks okay.

Wouldn't do it to mine though. Maybe if I bought another one I'd do it to that one.

I have a semi-flat black paint. It looks OK. Black is too hard to make it look nice. It either has to be covered in mud or clean looking. Soot and salt makes it look bad. Plus if it'd bed lined, I don't have to worry about people writing on the XJ when it's muddy and scratching it lol.

Never quite understood why people have to always write on the Jeep when it's muddy.

I don't either. But I live in an apartment building in a city. I see dirty car windows with "Wash me" all the time, and I feel like it's bound to happen to me while driving around during the summer.

Ever think of just wrapping your XJ in an electric exocage?

I have, yes. Only thing stopping me is the fact that I'd get sued if someone touched it.

Just get some private property in the future and you'll be good to go
