I might do something like this as well, b/c mine is about all the way off as it is. haha.
Anyways, has anyone thought of doing something like this?

It is just the material used in rubber handles, some vinyls (dash board), etc....
Just an idea. Wonder what you guys thought? It might help to strengthen the structure a bit. Dunno.

I don't think the spray would give it much more if any added structural integrity. Never used it personally, but I would bet its pretty damn similar to rattle can bedliner. That being said, when I bought the bedliner for this project there easy plastidip right next to it,and I pictured myself going nuts with it haha. I think if your shootin for more rigidity, try a roll on resin that you'd use like on fiberglass.

I think its like $500-$800 per axle if u have a shop do it. But you could bring the cost down by taking the axles off and removing as much stuff as u can off it. Less work for them = less money for you!

So far I'm pleased with it. Its the series 2 kit so just fixed arms, fairly bare bones. Buddy of mine got the X-Flex, comes with adjustable arms, ss brakelines, the whole nine. Id recommend either, especially for the price.
