Default bastard pack questions

Ok, Im broke.

My question: I have a 3in lift on my 98 with an add a leaf. Is it worth the time and effort to construct and replace with a bastard pack?

My AAL is not sagging yet but from what I have read I will get better spring life and ride out of a full/bastard pack. For the guys who have made the switch, was it worth it?

Thanks!

I guess what I mean is, should I wait for the add a leaf to sag, or is it worth it to construct a bastard pack now. In terms of flex, drivability vs. time and cost.

Wait for it to sag. It might be a year or two. The aal's I have ran have always been fine.

^ that's what I would do unless you want the lift from the packs.
