I was out of town and right before I left I took out my power steering pump and the serp belt was basicly hanging off, and the air intake box was out.. anyways while I was gone my brother though he would use my car for an arrend. So he drove down the street and felt something wrong so turned around. Is that bad for the engine and how bad should I whoooop him for this?

 

As long as the engine didn't overheat you should be ok. Just a tip: disconnect the battery next time if you plan on leaving half way through a job.
