Just wondering the reason behind this? I have never seen a cat that likes to ride in cars. But that's cool if your cat dose I would just use his litter box from in the house the cat would be used to it already use I tie down to hold it in place and see how it works.

To the OP. Might want to report yourself as well since this is a family oriented site and you like using profanity. On a side note my cats ride in a carrier when in a vehicle, soon to be a law where I live, because they don't like riding. I guess yours do but like stated, just put a litter box in the back and call it done. Hope you enjoy that lovely smell that's going to fill your jeep.
