He's probably just a poser that stole your pic, but I think I'd park it in the garage at night or pull the ignition fuse if left outside. Save all his info in case you need it. Hopefully not.

I've probably told this story before but a few months ago I went to 4-Wheel Parts store looking for diff seals. The guy turned the parts screen around to show me the axle diagram and I noticed that their desktop wallpaper was a picture I took. In fact, it was the same picture I'm currently using for my CF avatar.
EDIT:
Interesting. I found the same photo I mentioned above on that group page. A bunch of people from here started commenting saying it was mine. I don't remember if they contacted me or if I contacted them but, either way, whoever the admin is for that page was kind enough to credit me in the description.
EDIT:

I had a canadian company using a pic of my 95 YJ to advertise ARB snorkels on their site. I emailed them to get them to take it down with in 30 days or I would have my lawyer contact them since the picture was copyrighted and they did not have my Permission to use it. It was still up after 45 days so I had my Lawyer send them a letter stating if the picture was not removed that I was going to sue them for stealing a copyrighted image and using it for advertising of a product, And if they asked for permission and gave me 50% of all revenue generated from products being sold due to my image on their site they could keep it up . 3 days later the image was taken down
