The bar on the front of my bumper is what's commonly referred to as a stinger bar. It's designed to protect the front end of the Jeep as well as a winch if one is installed. What you have is a factory roof rack... not really worth much if you ask me.

The hatch was open because the couch I had in the back was too long for it to close. You should have seen when I moved my cousins 11ft couch for him... half of it stuck out the back and it was so tall it was pressed firm against my ceiling. Cargo room in these vehicles is pathetic.

LOL did you paint your headlights?!
Have any night shots? They look angry.

Ah, well my poor old gal is all stock. Nothing really to tie things to, unfortunately.

I'm not sure how reliable they are though. If they're anything like the rest of my Jeep, they might pull off with a little elbow grease.
Lmao!

Not paint, it's an angry eyes setup from SignWorx. Let me look and see if i have any night shots with the angry eyes. Don't think so but I'll look.

Best I can do for a night shot. My camera focuses too much on light so that's all it picks up if my headlights are on. No light can be seen through the black portions though. Also showing a pic with the lights on and no angry eyes. (During the rebuild after the accident with that Mercedes)

Those are great. I wouldn't mind doing something to my XJ to give it some character once I get all her issues dealt with.

C4 gets the "issues" dealt with pretty quickly. A lot cheaper and less stressful too.

The only way my XJ will explode is if we both fly off the edge of a cliff.

I'm committed to rebuilding her.

I figure $1200-1500 will get her into top shape. That's what I've been told by my Jeep mechanic back home, who I'll be seeing next week. And the great part is that when I move out of my house on Wednesday, I'll be getting my $1400 damage deposit back. That'll fix most issues, and give me a lift right there.

I should make a build thread, I guess? Show photos and issues and such..

Lift... that's where $1500 turns into $4500.

I'm ok with that. I'm saving roughly $1000/mo by moving back home. That's money I'll gladly sink into my Jeep.

If i had money to sink into my rig like that i would probably be much happier with it but it has completely run me dry. Kinda hits a sore note
