IIRC, there's an option out there that isn't any longer than an XJ fan clutch. Just can't remember what it is.

Default AC condenser

When I replace radiators, the AC condenser also get cleared out with compressed air from the back, blowing forward. I am amazed at all the sand and bugs that come out that must have been causing airflow restrictions.
Not a solution for you but it's one of the many contributing factors.

I don't have an AC condenser anymore.

I removed the condenser from my last jeep for better airflow and installed metal window screen behind the grill to catch bugs. Never again, it became a sweat box in this harsh sun..
That was long before I was a forum member and knew about a stronger fan clutch.

Well, that's just on my trail Jeep that doesn't have doors or a roof. Not much sense in having AC at that point.

My 99 DD, on the other hand, has ice cold AC.

Just had a thought, does your radiator have an internal transmission cooler or do you have an external cooler plumbed in?

Having a transmission cooler plumbed in could help. Not by much but it could.

I still think the E-fans are causing most of the drama.

Wow, that tip-over could have been a lot worse, judging by the steep grade.

Did your rig have the same heat issue before the e-fans?
And since the 3 row was installed, did the issue start or get worse?
The 4.0 block often has crud in the coolong passages and the passages on a 3row are very small and get clogged by it.
