Was it an problem with the parts, or just the service?

I'm running Rusty's rock sliders and 1" drop crossmember, the quality of them is flawless and their tough as nails. I've never had a problem with the company, my only complaint would be the outrageous shipping they charge.

i run rusty's parts (coils, quick discos and stickers and shocks)

I have never had an issue!!! Infact i recommend them highly! their suspension in not mad in house, (like most companies) but their parts are.

There is always going to be a few who dont like them.

Before they had some issues as they are a newer company. every company is going to have issues when they start up. and some select few get caught in that learning curve.... that curve is gone and they are a great company!

I'm running their coils, shocks, trac bar, and leaf springs. As well as a few other parts that I forget the names of. But I've never had a problem with Rusty's.

I have they're 3" full spring pack lift and love it. And BTW, they're NOT a newer company. Founded in 1976. They do have a new warehouse though.

I have one of their t-shirts and it works pretty good. Seriously though, I have their bar pin eliminators and shock conversion brackets and don't like them at all. The fit is horrible, and I had to modify everything to make them work correctly. That being said, I have their air intake bracket and it works well enough.
