Default Anybody elses' gas petal vibrate?

At 60 mph on the clock my gas petal starts to severely vibrate. After fifteen minutes of highway driving my toes literally go numb from the vibration!

Anybody else have this issue and possibly a fix? Any input would be much appreciated.

You have flowers in your footwell?

No, my pedal doesn't vibrate - so I guess you've got to hunt down a problem. If it starts at 60 I'd say that it's probably wheel balance - probably the cheapest to place to start anyway.

PEDAL, haha I was tired. Tires are in balance. It didn't start till I did the 3" lift and 31" BFG km2s. I don't have any drive line vibes from the lift however, just the gas pedal. Just one of those annoying jeep things I guess. Maybe I will replace the drive shaft u joints just to see if it helps.

Motor mounts are at the back of my mind too. What's the best way to check them?

Get underneath your XJ and look for breaks/cracks in the rubber bushing of each mount.

my 96 had a quicker responding pedal and my 99 is slower response but quicker once it does go and the pedal vibes a little all the time... and my motor mounts are new. i think 97+ xj's all have a little pedal vibe
