hey guys,
I bought these wheels from a friend... while at the jeep show, I could have sworn I
saw them on a newer wrangler style jeeps, does anyone know if these wheels are
from a factory jeep or am I seeing things?

They are a factory wheel, but they aren't the same as what the new JK has.

those wheels are off a TJ...i believe they started using those wheels in 03 and put them on their more pricey models like the sport, sahara, and the dressed up versions of the X, then when the unlimited came out in 04, those were the standard wheels on the unlimiteds...

and you're right XJ22, they stopped using them when the JK came out

Not saying you overpaid, but personally I wouldn't have paid that.

Depends on what the rubber is. I paid over $600 for a set of General Grabbers in 31x10.50. So if it's new rubber, I'd say you got a pretty good deal.

Look up the price of 5 new tires like what you got. That'll tell you right there.

Default Tire Prices

Thanks for the input, I looked up the current prices of these tires and they seem to be over $100/tire. The tread was BRAND new! The little hairs were still on the tires and the spare STILL had the line that goes around it.

So, based solely on that alone, I guess I did good not considering what the wheels would cost in the BRAND NEW condition these are in.
