a little off topic... you can do a whole lot with CNC Cad/Cam programs. the guys in my national guard unit wanted me to design a wheel that screamed ARMY. and i did this.

By the looks of it, you're looking at fully encasing the winch. That's going to be a VERY tall bumper and it'll kill your approach angle. You should be abel to do a 6-8" tall bumper with a hole in the top so part of the winch sticks out, but the mounting bolts are still hidden. Something kinda like this for the middle section:
You could enclose part of the top so the main winch body is hidden, but still save on size and weight.
