Annoying? Anyone else?
I have noticed that whenever i drive the jeep at night i get constantly high beamed and people get pissed that my lights are bright. I have my low beams on and people think i have my highs on. Out of the 20 cars i pass on the back roads to go home 19 of them high beam me. Ive gotten people that are furious and lay on the horn when they go by. Was just wondering if anyone else has this happen to them to cause you probably know how annoying it is!!

If you didn't re-aim them down a little when you lifted your rig, you probably are putting the bright part of the low beam in their eyes. I don't seem to have that problem with my '97, but I remember my dad's 89 (I think) Comanche would constantly get me beamed.

how do you adjust them?
Is the adjustment the metal ring that goes around the light?
pics please.!
I know mine are to high, but my bulbs are junk.
I am saving for a set of HID's, when i get them I want to make sure they are not blinding anyone.

adjustment is one screw in top middle of the ring, and one screw left side middle.
I get brighted all the time, if someone does it to me I usually do it back.
If they really pissed me off, Ill throw in my 55w blazers when I bright them.

OP, if 99 out of 100 people are flashing you, you're DOING SOMETHING WRONG!!! What will it take for you to get the point? Get it fixed. My XJ is at 5" with 33s and I don't get flashed. Adjust your lights. Saying it's perfect for you is selfish because those 99 other people are getting blinded. You're not the only vehicle on the road. Blinding people is nothing for you to be proud of.
The safety items should be your top priority

No need to be sarcastic. My post was to point out that they arent perfect if 9/10 are flashing you. You can actually get a fix-it ticket for blinding oncoming drivers.

It's so easy to do. I like to find a flat parking lot with a building that has a big blank wall. I pull up to it square, then back up about 30 yards.
Each beam gets centered just below a point on the wall that is the exact same height as the lights are. They also get aligned to the same distance from the center line as they are from the center line of the vehicle.
In other words, they don't angle in or out, & they point just slightly down.
Try that & see what you think.

no need to get defensive - i'm pretty sure he was talking to the post ABOVE yours which told him how to adjust his lights.
That's a really childish and dangerous thing to do. If someone flashes you, there's a reason. Be an adult and check yourself. 4k pounds of steel is nothing to be cavalier with.
