What would be the best way to do angry eyes on my xj? I couldn't find any kits or very many pictures for it and I am not entirely sure if I should use the Night Shade stuff to paint part of them. If anybody else has done it, how did you do it? Really looking for suggestions.

1. Buy some masking tape, glass cleaner, and VHT Nightshade.
2. Get your headlights nice and clean.
3. Throw away the VHT Nightshade.
4. Put the roll of masking tape in your junk drawer.

That's it, you're done!

I suggest you skip the angry eyes. If you feel it's nessesary to make your XJ look constipated then I suggest electrical tape or plastidip, something that's easily removable for when you realize what a mistake you made.

Geez!! The headlights already suck on these Jeeps without at least doing a headlight harness upgrade!!

Why on earth would you want to reduce your visibility from poor to horrid?

Reminds me of the bozo on here that tinted his taillights darker and then wanted brighter bulbs.....

The term "dim bulb"just popped into my head...Huh....

By far the worst thing you can ever do as far as a mod... like Cruiser said why reduce visibility with the already horrid lights.

This, if you accidentally use the Nightshade before throwing it out, you can refer to this video for removing it.

Yikes just wondering, asked here before I did it for a reason, I've just seen some that look good with it.
(My headlights aren't dim?)

do the headlight harness upgrade. It's plug and play. And it ll be much better than doing angry eyes.

Honestly, I went through the same thing. I thought it was cool cause it was different, and it killed my headlights. I left them shaded until I upgraded to better headlights, and then I never looked back. Now I'm embarrassed to even post pictures when it was like that.

I had a fart can muffler on my Civic when I was younger. Thought it was cool at the time, live and learn.
