Speakers=Drivers
If the peak of each driver is 300w, lets say about 200wrms(im being nice), and the amp is 600w, being lightning audio its about 40% efficiency of peak, lets say 275wrms.
Assuming its a monoblock(one channel), that would be 275wrms to each driver, thats not major overpowering but you may experience some surround tearing.
Assuming its a two channel, thats 137.5wrms per driver, no problems there.
Good for a beginner, not going to be heard from around the block.
If you want a quality system go with one DD500b 12" sub($170 or so) and a Sundown SAX125.2 bridged at 4ohm or a RD600.1
Thats a good beginner setup that will last, has great CS, and cant really be made fun of.

it won't blow them. the subs are probably not actually 300 watts continuous and the amp is probably not 600 watts continuous as those numbers are usually always hte peak numbers but with a 600 watt amp, you won't blow them.
i had an 800 watt amp on a rockford fosgate series 1 10" and it was fine

I understand your point of view.
OP, this is not a high quality setup, Id be weary.
If you do get it make sure a professional with good rep installs it and ask him to slightly underpower the amps outputs so ensure the subwoofers safety if anything may occur.

Thing to look at in the future. Rms is the actual power the subs will be using/amp puts out. When the box says "600watts" that will mean that's peak power.
Ex: 600Rms amp will power two 200Rms subs with 300 watt peak. So fourth and so fourth
