Hi All, I have been wanting to get one for a few reasons.
But I have held off because I have these pillar lights and was almost totally sure that it would not fit along with them installed.
I am writing this to see if my thoughts are correct.
Can someone tell me for sure & take some closer pics of theres so I can see a closer view?
I was thinking maybe I could Mod the snorkel a little if needed. but just need to see it more close up pictures.
pics help me here.
also your thoughts.
It just might not be possible and my only option maybe removing the left light.
But in that case I will probably say no way to the idea all together because that light I can reach out and move so its like my own spot light.
here is what I am dealing with..

(wrong side here but same thing on the other side.)

Do you think there is any way the snorkel can fit next to the light mount and not need modification?
Also are these any good at doing what they say they do? lol
And do you gain or lose any HP at all?
all stuff I am wondering
thanks again
Brian
P.S. I am saving up for a better set of lights for these as well and I am going to rewire it all as the PO did a terrible job...

Arb safari snorkel do run tight up against a-pillar. But if you build your own like I did you might be able to work around it. Like maybe throw in (2) 45 degree bends to go around the light. Don't know if it would work or how it would look for that matter but just a suggestion. Here's a pic of my homemade snorkel.

They are definitely good for what they say they do. If you go through high water it brings the intake up high enough out of the water you don't suck any in through the intake, also its a true cold air intake as its drawing cold air from outside of engine compartment. Don't really know about HP gains or MPG gains I never really paid to much attention to that part.
