Advice needed moisture under the carpet.

The crack in the door i would use a tiny drill bit and drill out the ends so it can't spread.And then just fill the crack with jb weld and sand it smooth when you done.

Not a bad idea but any idea what caused the crack ??

Could have been a lot of things, such as stress on the door (heavier people pulling on them) or poor craftsmanship.

I have never seen a door crack there but its a used jeep who knows whats happened to it in its life time.

passenger side floor pan rusty with one spot rusted thru all the way

How is this for almost identical problem?

pretty identical except for the front carpet back on mine is rust free

I don't have a bunch of rust on anything except the rear cargo area. It just finished raining 3 days straight and I had about 2 inches of water sitting on the front passenger floorpan. The only place I could see water leaking from was the rear hatch. Any suggestions on who to buy new seals from? I just bought a junk fuel pump and dont want to repeat with the weatherstripping.
