i wouldn't pay much more than 1500 for a '95. 160k miles is not horrible, but it's still a lot of miles. if the paint is still in very good condition, no dents, bumpers are solid, no visible undercarriage rust, 4.0l, manual windows and door locks, manual transmission, has a factory rpm tach, decent interior, i'd say about 1700-1800Originally Posted by vandalchemist
What would be an acceptable price for a 1995 Cherokee Country with 160,000 miles with no serious problems. 2000? 1500?. Sticker price is 3000. Blue book says 2500 and Edmunds says 1700-2300 depending on condition. Mostly just for knowledge so when I do start negotiating I have a better Idea of where to start.

15 years old dude. figure any one of those electronics are ready to go. and as far as manual transmission, i guess that's just a preference.Originally Posted by vandalchemist
The one I am looking at is an automatic with electric windows, locks. How would that adjust the price?
auto, e-windows, e-locks, i'd say 1500 would be a decent deal.
