i wouldn't pay much more than 1500 for a '95. 160k miles is not horrible, but it's still a lot of miles. if the paint is still in very good condition, no dents, bumpers are solid, no visible undercarriage rust, 4.0l, manual windows and door locks, manual transmission, has a factory rpm tach, decent interior, i'd say about 1700-1800

The one I am looking at is an automatic with electric windows, locks. How would that adjust the price?

15 years old dude. figure any one of those electronics are ready to go. and as far as manual transmission, i guess that's just a preference.
auto, e-windows, e-locks, i'd say 1500 would be a decent deal.
