Default Adding lights *need ideas*

Looking to add a few lights. After going wheeling the other night I realized the headlights weren't going to cut it. I don't want to just mount them on the bumper since theyll be exposed and easily covered in mud. I don't have a rack and don't want to drop $100 on just the light bar. Only option left seems to be detours a-pillar light brackets. But I could see me ripping those off on the tight trails I hit. Looking to mount at least 2 good lights and try to keep it under $50.
Thanks in advance

Good lights cost more than 50 bucks alone...

Under 50 bucks? Buy walmart lights and mount them directly to your hood.

Or just put them on the front bumper and stay out of deep mud.

You could put halogen bulbs in the cheap lights or whatever to keep cost down. Just a thought. Also look on Craigslist for deals on a light bar or roof rack

or upgrade your headlight harness. with the stock harness and the way it is wired, your lights arent at a full 55 watts.

Sorry about the misunderstanding, just the mount under $50. And harness is already upgraded

Detours has a new snorkle friendly version of the a pillar lights that moves the light tab a bit more inward. If you took a light out with it mounted here, you may also smash the a pillar and windshield, and anything mounted to the roof as well.
