and craigslist is a barren wasteland of grand cherokees.
I guess everyone sells their xj's right before summer

exept it has 200k miles and 4x4 isnt working!

problem is, theres no 5 speed cherokees in sac
so I've been looking in the bay area, where my aunt lives.
I cant just drive down the block and take a look

 

I know Exactly how you fell. I have been looking for 6 months and I have 5000 to spend on one. I have had bad luck. I have already went to go buy two and they backed out at the last minute. It looks clean but it sound like more trouble than its worth. I would keep waiting and looking.

no problems at all I just wrecked them both but they never failed me.
I want to buy super cheap with body damage or anything really
because I can fix it. just has to have good engine and tranny
then I plan on putting every other penny into upgrades

and Ive looked at almost every jeep posted on CL in california (and part of nevada)
