Thank you and as far as flexing goes I mostly use this as my dd and never even tested out the flexing so the life overpowers the flex. But after I do this install I'm sure i'll test it out

that would be awesome, love seeing other xjs with the same setup or close to as mine, no offense to the crazy builds on here but I like to look at ones that I can relate to more at times too

What's the importance of aftermarket bump stops and are they necessary for a 2" lift?

Aftermarket bump stops are not really needed at 2 inches, they would actually hurt your flex at that hight. They are more for keeping the tires out of your sheet metal.

So I have fat bob's 2" bb coil and shackle kit on my ebay watch list and may possibly get some 2" monroe sensa-trac shocks off someone on here. My question now and i know it might sound dumb/silly but would you recommend me taking out my rear sway bar while i'm doing this lift? I know it is recommended for 3+"s but is a 2" lift not high enough to even bother with?

Yea that's what I was thinking and I never haul alot of weight or tow. Do you think it may increase my flex given I only added 2 inches?

I would do the aal, put shackels on, fixed my sag for Alittle bit, now it's causing to springs to wrap at the shackel end and will eventually break, which is fine the 2in lift was only temporary until I get my 6.5 in packs in. Only way to do it right and fix sag is to replace the leafs.

I plan on doing the shackle lift and eventually buy a full pack of 3" leafs to replace the stock so i'm fine with it sagging back down after a while, but I don't want to waste my money on an aal where as a shackle I can use over and over again
