Default 99 Jeep Cherokee XJ 4x4 5spd manual

I found a 99 Jeep Cherokee XJ 4x4 5spd manual for sale for only $2850 but is salvaged. It comes with a bunch of mods. I Guess the guy rear ended someone so the cross member is messed up a little,
It only has a 132,000 miles on it. Let me know what you think? Good Buy or no? Here are a list of mods:
4.0 inline 6
NP231 transfer case
C8.25 rear with factory LSD 3.07 gearing
D30 front
This xj has a lot of recent upgrades. I didn't want to cut corners so I did a lot of research.

Ice cold AC, heater works. No overheating issues, engine is perfect and taken care of.
OME 2.5" Ultimate lift from DPG Off-road
OME shocks leafs and coils
JKS adjustable track bar
JKS adjustable quicker disconnects
MOOG lower control arms
General Grabber 30" (30x9.5x15) brand new, ton of tread left
Brown dog motor mounts
Heavy duty headlight harness
Headlight bulb conversion

Sounds like a good jeep but in some states salvage titles come with a world of crap to get back on the road. I would check with your dmv and find out what to procedure is. I would also take a look at the front part of the frame and make sure it is not bent. And for a salvage title that guy should come down on the price a little. maybe 2000 max.
