Unbolt the older header panel, disconnect all the lights, reverse with new panel.
Unless you want to modify the header/fenders, I recommend getting the newer style fenders, so the rounded lines of the header panel are smooth. Otherwise there will be a gap, as the older style is angled.

there is minor splicing of the parking light harness as the old has two bulbs and the newer has one bulb or vise-versa. but very simple.

To do it right you really need the fenders too. And the front end off a 97+ if you can find one. They are kinda hard to come by for a decent price.
