Good luck on your build, and if you want to see what the 3 inch lift looks like on basically the same cherokee as ours check out drewjharper1900's his is a step ahead of mine with new wheels, tires, and the same 3 inch lift Im looking at.
Makes perfect sense, I'm an absolute pita at Diesel Bombers. Gee Oh Dee is one mod you can search that moves threads around a lot.

Default Brakes

So I dont know if this really counts as "Building", but one of the Jeeps break lines started leaking really bad a few days back. I didnt realise, and thought the break light being on was a glitch as I thought it only indicated the parking break. It turns out that it also indicates when there is no preassure in the system.

Long story short I had to replace the break line, and got it all done only to break off the purge valve while bleading the breaks. So after all that work it got towed to the shop anyway since I dont have the experience or tools to drill out the broken valve.

Here is a picture of the old rusted break line. Who knows maybe this year I will have the money to Build the Jeep some.

Default Interior Lining

So this Friday I have plans to spray in a liner. I am a little concerened with the amount of rust I may find. Below is a picture of the liner I will be using. Hopefully it will do the trick.

Thanks for the advice. I will return the other spray on liner tomorrow. I may wait a while to buy the herculiner gun and material. How much do you think it will take should I buy the gallon when I get around to it?

The squek is fixed turned out to be the belt. Next up on the list is to replace the drivers door speaker and check the wiring since sometimes the power locks dont work and the speaker shorts out.

Anyone have 97 cherokee wiring diagram?

I know this is long overdo, but here is an update. Life seems to be slowing me down in getting the things done to the jeep I would like to get done.

Default Floor

I almost forgot pulling back the edge of the left hand side of the passanger floorboard carpet I found a line of rust 1 inch by 4 inches. Im going to need to address the rust, but wonder how much it would cost.

Anyone know about how much replacing rusted floor boards costs, and what places do that kind of work.
