I have a 96 Cherokee classic 4.0. Where is the aux fan relay? Not the temp sensor. Checked that and its good. Also hardwired fan to battery and that's good. I found a fan fuse in the box under hood on passenger side. How do I check it? Its black and non see through.

Where is this fan relay?

Your fan relay is in the PDC in the engine bay in the spot marked "C' in the diagram I posted above.

Your Aux. Cooling fan comes on then the A/C compressor comes on or then the coolant temp reaches 213 Deg. F.

If you pull the connector off the coolant sensor (on the water neck) with the engine running your fan should come on.
