I have owned my 95 jeep Cherokee since I salvaged/saved it from a junk yard. I rebuilt the engine and it is a beast. for years I have towed with it. I recently noticed all my bump stops were gone and decided to replace them and add an air control ride for the back. I wanted to do this for a couple of reasons. #1, I put an add a leaf in the rear which helped with the towing but made my ride terrible(wife hates to drive it). removing this would make it ride back to stock. #2 with the air control ride, it will allow me to make the vehicle more level during towing. I hate seeing vehicles running down the road nose high. has anyone ever done this to a 95 jeep Cherokee sport?
if so, did you have to customize your brackets. I purchased a kit through sdtrucksprings and was told it was a direct bolt in. I received it and found it to NOT be a direct bolt in. I am going to have to fab brackets up if they tell me that is the right kit.
