Default 91 Cherokee

Hi everyone I am new to this forum so I am really hoping for some great ideas on a 91 2dr Jeep Cherokee straight 6. I just bought it a week ago from a friend for 400 bucks. It has 190000 miles on it but runs like a champ. I don't want to make it a monster truck but I do want to put maybe a 3" body lift with some nice tires. Any ideas on anything I could do to make the performance better? (There has been no work at all to the motor besides the usual oil change ext...)

You can't do body lift on it because its unibody design. Everything is suspension lift for cherokees
