Default 89 2dr possible build Opinions

I have a 89 2dr that I bought just for parts, but now I'm seriously thinking about COMPLETLY gutting entire XJ and start fresh no wiring, no inter, no motor, no tranny down to bare unibody.
What do ya'll think

I will take pics as soon as its completly gutted. And then go from there. It's going to be a try and make better project as well. I'm going to turn it on its side and get a real good close look at the bottom with nothing attached in the way to see what I can do for frame stiffeners.
I will then decide if I can make different mounts and relocate the rearends. Winston427 will also be looking as I do this or that and learn with me as well. There will be alot of pics.
