Wow very low miles, and 99 is the best year for the xj. Better intake, still distributor ign, last year for tthe HP d30 and it has larger axle shafts/joints. Dislike the lack of gauges in the se model but it is white, have a soft spot for white xj's and it is a 2 door. 8.25's are plentiful in the pick and pull and they run about $85 in my area

I thought it was a good deal even with asking price for a dealer i was shocked it wasnt going for 8000 but the only thing that i wasnt pleased with is the dash but with manual locks and doors makes taking doors on and off much easier u know if the dash would be quick to swap?
I haven't had to do that swap but I think it would be fairly simple, xj's seem to have one wiring harness regardless of options, so you might just have to swap the cluster and maybe a sensor or two

I have no idea. But you wont find a cluster that says 55k, unless you know how to reprogram it. (might be easier than I think, I just dont know). You could always just add an RPM and temp gauge from pepboys. (small one please). Cool sticker by the way, is that a real thing ?
