Anybody ever drove one of those diesel powered cherokee's.

 

Id rather have the 2.5 turbo diesels that were stock, a lot less weight and still good numbers

Why didn't he just swap in an old Ford flathead v8? That would be no dumber than the swap he did.

 

Actually that would be kinda cool and would def qualify as rare.

 

the only thing worth pulling a 4.0 out for is an LS v8

I don't know why anybody would want the POS in anything!! Everybody I knew that had one in a pickup grew to hate them.

I'll betcha an XJ that EXACTLY the same with the 4.0 would leave that one in the mud on a trail with that big 'ol heavy motor.
