i used a 5 inch grinder with a thin cutting disc. done a few, i'm a pro at it now. looks like it was done with a laser cutter.
trick is to scribe a groove carefully to start with, and just take it slow removing a little metal at a time.

i used some air shears on mine it worked great im cleaning 35 with about 4.5 in lift do ur research befor cuttin the rear tho theres some tricks that make it go alot smoother and keep ya from messin up the rear quarter panels but it aint complicated to do

I cut mine with hand shears. The fenders are thin and cut easy. As a matter of fact, I trimmed some more yesterday, in anticipation of running 37's on my 4" lift.

thats only so true. My front tires rub the inner fenders, and my rears rub the inner fender wells. too.
Well maybe that is true as Ill be cutting outt he front inners and putting in straight panels and tubbing the rear. I guess thats not trimming any more though lol
