Does anyone think a 4.5in lift looks stupid on the XJ when it only has 31s on it? Can someone post pictures maybe. I was considering a 3in procomp but apparently its not 3in all the way around. I head that its actually 2in in the back

Yeah the ones with the fenders on it look really good. With them off they some what look like they need bigger tires. But a jeep is awesome period

without them the tires stick out more and it gives a more aggressive look imo. If you look at my rig only reason why I trimmed the front and left the back is because my rear end sits higher than my front so I wanted to kind of even it out. When I put 33's ill trim the rear fenders as well.

least amount of lift you can get away with to run the largest size of tire you're going to run. End of story. Don't go 3" and decide you're gonna add blocks and spacers later, just get what you want to end up with. 4.5" with 33's is great. I'm currently on 4.5" and 31's, will be 4.5" on 35's in november.
