When something breaks, I'd say you found your limit.

Id run 33s comfortably, 35s would be max id say..i have the same combo you do and will be running 35x12.50.17s within a week or so. I thnk the axles will be fine. If they were locked then I would be nervous.

A d35 can easily handle 37's. So you'll be fine. :/

if the d30 is unlocked u will be fine if u treat her OK. IF the D30 is locked, buy some extra shafts and u joints. The rear end, youll be fine if its locked or unlocked just dont catch any fat air

I run 35s on the same set up. Locked 30 and open 8.25. Haven't had problems. Put them on when stuff breaks upgrade it. Also I think being locked is better for not breaking stuff. You can crawl and not have to roll into things.
